In-Center ABA Therapy
In-center ABA therapy in a structured, supportive setting

A Day At Inspire
What an in-center day really looks like
- 1
Caregiver check-in
A quick handoff at drop-off — how the morning went, and anything the team should know for the day.
- 2
Rapport building
Warm-up, joyful joining, and play so your child starts the day comfortable and connected.
- 3
1:1 therapy
One-on-one sessions with your child's RBT, following the individualized schedule the BCBA has designed.
- 4
Circle time & peer moments
Individualized opportunities to join songs, books, and shared routines with peers when it fits your child's goals — always with 1:1 support.
- 5
Daily Living & Independence
Throughout the day, children may practice meaningful daily-living skills such as mealtime routines, toileting, handwashing, cleanup, and transitions. These opportunities are individualized around each child's treatment goals and naturally support communication, regulation, and growing independence.
- 6
Generalization across technicians
Skills are practiced with different team members so they hold up beyond one person and one room.
- 7
Pickup debrief
Your RBT walks you through the end-of-day sheet — meals, toileting, activities and skills addressed, and any notes worth knowing.
A BCBA designs and oversees the program, and RBTs provide session-to-session support. Sensory and co-regulation supports are incorporated throughout the day whenever your child needs them. If the credentials are new to you, our guide explains what an RBT is and how BCBA supervision works.
You’ll always know how the day went
How we keep you in the loop
At drop-off, you can share anything the team should know about your child’s morning. At pickup, your child’s RBT will update you on how their day went.
Every day you’ll take home an end-of-day sheet covering meals, toileting, the activities and skills addressed, and any notes worth knowing — with additional communication whenever it’s needed.
Individualized strategies and clinical recommendations come from your child’s BCBA — at scheduled parent-training sessions, and also during the initial assessment, at reassessments, and throughout ongoing therapy. You’re welcome to observe or take part in sessions when it’s appropriate.
Your end-of-day sheet covers
- Meals
- Toileting
- Activities & skills addressed
- Relevant notes for home
…plus additional communication as needed, and scheduled parent training with your BCBA.

Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
What is autism?
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a developmental condition that affects how a child communicates, interacts socially, and processes information. Autism is a spectrum, meaning symptoms and abilities vary widely from one child to another.
Who can benefit from ABA therapy?
ABA therapy is most commonly used to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), but it can also benefit individuals with other developmental challenges. Programs are tailored to each individual's needs, and children can begin at many ages — the right starting point is a conversation with a qualified clinician.
What does a typical ABA therapy session look like?
A typical session includes 1:1 therapy with a trained ABA therapist, using play-based or structured activities to work on goals such as communication, social interaction, behavior regulation, and daily living skills. Sessions take place at our Mesa center, and hybrid options can extend clinically appropriate support across settings.
What age range do you serve?
We work with children ages 1–12 years old.
How is autism diagnosed?
A formal autism diagnosis is typically made by a licensed pediatrician, psychologist, or developmental specialist. The evaluation may include parent interviews, developmental history, observation of behavior, and standardized tools such as the ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule).
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicaid. Our team can help verify your benefits and guide you through the approval process.
