RBT & BCBA careers in Mesa, where the standards are the point

Inspire Center for Autism is a locally owned, DHS-certified ABA provider in Mesa. We’re a close-knit team who’d rather do this properly than do it at scale.

Our Team

The roles that make up an Inspire program

Every child's program is built by a BCBA and delivered by RBTs. Both roles matter, and both are held to the same standard.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

RBTs deliver one-on-one therapy session by session, working directly with children ages 1–12 under the supervision of our BCBAs. Every RBT on our team is properly registered and trained — we treat the credential as non-negotiable.

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Our BCBAs are licensed in Arizona and design and oversee every treatment plan — running assessments, supervising sessions, updating programs from session data, and leading scheduled parent training with families.

Openings change as our enrollment grows. If one of these is you, get in touch — we’ll tell you straight what’s available. If you’re new to the field, start with our guide to what an RBT is and how the credential works.

Why Inspire

What it's like to work here

Straight answers about the actual job — how the team works, who supports you, and what a day at the center looks like.

A Close-Knit, Locally Owned Team.

Inspire is locally owned, and you'll know every colleague by name. Leadership works alongside the team at our Mesa center.

Clinical support behind every session

Every program you deliver is designed and supervised by a licensed BCBA who reviews your session data and updates the plan as the child progresses. When a session gets hard, you have a clinical team to bring it to.

Communication with a clear shape

RBTs greet families at drop-off and give an honest end-of-day debrief at pickup; formal parent training and clinical recommendations stay with the BCBA. You'll always know which conversations are yours.

Expectations you can see

Sessions are 1:1 and measured — you collect data every session and see programs change because of it. Reliability is a big deal here, because children depend on consistent sessions.

Learning built into the work

Ongoing BCBA supervision includes regular observation, collaboration, and practical feedback. You learn the craft by doing it, with clinical oversight behind you the whole way.

One warm, busy center in Mesa

Your workday is based at our Mesa center: 1:1 sessions on individualized schedules, with circle-time and peer-interaction opportunities when they fit a child's goals. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM — the center is closed evenings and weekends.
