My daughter just spent a year doing ABA therapy with Inspire. We had the BEST experience at Inspire and I will forever be grateful for them. We had previously done ABA at a different place and our daughter made so much more progress with Inspire. We constantly have gotten comments from friends over the past year about how amazed they are by our daughter's progress. They do all play based therapy and everybody is so kind and easy to work with. I don't think there could be a better RBT and BCBA than we had at Inspire. The owner Zach went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met and would do kind things like bring by gifts for our daughter for the holidays and her birthday. I felt they truly cared about my child and, most importantly, my daughter loved her time there and came out of it a happier child since she gained so many skills that help her navigate life more easily. I often tell people that choosing Inspire was life changing for my daughter and our family, and I absolutely mean it.

My daughter has been with Inspire for a little over two years now. Before that we were with another company who for lack of better words ghosted us after two years. They ended up not having enough staff and we were on a wait list for six months before I met the owners of Inspire who were very excited to work with my daughter, made the whole onboarding process very easy and we were assigned a therapist very quickly. Not only are the owners awesome and super knowledgeable, the therapists are so loving and kind. She is truly my daughter’s favorite person. We are so thankful for the help the help they have given my daughter and the tools they have given us as parents to help her as well. Can’t recommend Inspire enough.

Does Inspire offer in-center and hybrid ABA options?
Yes. Inspire offers in-center ABA and hybrid services that combine center-based therapy with clinically appropriate in-home support. The BCBA and family determine whether hybrid care fits the child's assessed needs, treatment goals, insurance authorization, staffing, and availability. Inspire does not offer fully in-home ABA as a standalone service.
How are parents involved in therapy at Inspire?
Parents may observe and participate in sessions when it's appropriate for their child's goals. Your child's RBT provides updates about the session and your child's progress at drop-off and pickup, and formal parent training and individualized clinical guidance are scheduled with and provided by the BCBA.
How do I check insurance coverage?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Medicaid. Our team can help verify your benefits and guide you through the approval process — just send us your carrier and plan details.
What happens after I contact Inspire?
We'll talk through what your family needs, verify your insurance benefits or discuss private-pay options, and share the intake paperwork. A BCBA then completes a comprehensive assessment, and once the plan is approved, sessions begin.
What should parents consider when comparing ABA providers in Mesa?
Useful questions for any provider: Who designs and supervises the treatment plan? How often does a BCBA observe sessions? How are parents involved? How is progress measured and shared? Can we tour the space? Reading a provider's full public reviews — not just the ones they highlight — helps too.
