Why Choose Inspire
Why families choose Inspire
The rest of this site explains the what — what ABA therapy is, what our services include, what the center looks like. This page answers the more personal question: why this team? Inspire is a locally owned Mesa practice supporting children ages 1–12 with in-center and hybrid ABA therapy, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Here are five honest reasons families pick us — and how to check every one of them for yourself.

Local Leadership, Personally Involved
You’ll know whose center this is
Inspire is a locally owned and operated Arizona practice founded by Zach and Karla in 2022. Our leadership remains personally involved in the center, our team, and the families we serve. Being rooted in the East Valley also helps us understand the local schools, resources, and support systems families may use.
These local sponsors are standing with Inspire families:
The whole story — from first home visit to a center of our own — lives on our story page.

Individualized 1:1 Care
One child, one plan, one session at a time
Every therapy session at Inspire is 1:1 — one child working with one Registered Behavior Technician, following a plan built around that child alone. Circle time, shared routines, and peer interaction are individualized opportunities when they’re appropriate to your child’s goals, with your child continuing to receive individualized 1:1 support throughout.
Your BCBA
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in Arizona designs your child’s treatment plan from a comprehensive assessment, supervises its delivery, reviews the data, and updates the plan — and leads your scheduled parent-training sessions.
Your RBT
A Registered Behavior Technician delivers each 1:1 session under that ongoing BCBA supervision — and is the familiar face who greets you at drop-off and walks you through your child’s day at pickup.
In-Center
Structured, individualized days at our Mesa center — purpose-built rooms, consistent routines, and a whole team around your child.
Hybrid
Center-based therapy combined with clinically appropriate in-home support. Your family and BCBA determine whether the hybrid model fits your child’s assessed needs, treatment goals, and everyday routines. Inspire does not offer fully in-home ABA as a standalone service.

A Real Center in Mesa
Rooms you can walk through today
Our center at 7205 E Southern Ave, Suite 115 was designed from years of watching what children respond to: a Sensory Room for regulation, a Gym with a climbing dome and platform swing under a hand-painted mural, a Reading Corner where books grow on a painted tree, an Imagination Room with a play kitchen and dress-up station, plus an Art Room and a Technology Room.
Every photograph on our tour was taken inside our Mesa center and shows the spaces children may use throughout their day.
Families In the Loop
You’ll know how the day went
Families are important members of their child’s care team. We maintain regular communication through drop-off check-ins, pickup updates, end-of-day sheets, opportunities to observe or participate, and scheduled parent/caregiver training with the child’s BCBA.
At Drop-Off
Families can share anything the team should know about their child's morning or needs for the day.
At Pickup
The child's RBT provides an update and reviews the end-of-day sheet with the family.
With the BCBA
The BCBA provides formal parent/caregiver training, individualized clinical recommendations, and updates about treatment and progress.
Standards You Can Verify
Warmth matters. So does proof.
Every part of Inspire — from our clinical supervision and staff requirements to our center’s daily operations — is guided by clear standards that support safe, ethical, and high-quality care for every child.
- A DHS-certified facility — our space, safety protocols, and daily operations meet the Arizona Department of Health Services' standards for care
- Every treatment plan designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in Arizona
- Every 1:1 session delivered by a properly registered, trained Registered Behavior Technician
- Every staff member background-checked before working with a family
- Team members fingerprint cleared — a rigorous, state-level verification
